Making a Difference 2016

Our goal is really quite simple. We want to make positive and lasting improvements in the lives of our most vulnerable children and young people.

To achieve our goal, we set ourselves an ambitious programme of work in 2016 - covering 189 projects, working in partnership with more than 408 organisations.

Our report showcases examples of our work from a wide range of multi-agency partnerhsip projects, and celebrates the positive progress already being made in the lives of looked after children.
