Agencies in East Renfrewshire adopted the Permanence and Care Excellence (PACE) approach to cutting delays in making permanence decisions for looked-after children about a year ago. Ken McKinlay leads the the volunteer support team, and links with other organisations on behalf of Children’s Hearings Scotland in East Renfrewshire.
