Response to Scottish Governments discussion paper on workforce planning for the health and social care sector. In times of changing demographics, we need to consider how best to plan for the future of the whole workforce. We focus on the workforce which supports looked after children and young people, and those on the edges of care, to ensure children’s needs are assessed and met early and proactively.
