The report sets out the main findings of the first ever national survey of Designated Managers in educational establishments within Scotland.

CELCIS carried out this survey in order to deepen knowledge of how the role of the Designated Manager is being implemented and functioning in Scottish schools and to gain insight into the support and resources that would enable those in the role to feel confident and supported.
