Included amongst the pieces which cover education, leaving care, peer relationships, Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), love, human rights and young people’s participation, is an article from Terje Halvorsen on the need to approach professional theories in residential care in a more useable way; and reflections from Jim Gillespie, CEO of Kibble Education and Care Centre, on the history and developments that have led many of the changes in group living.
