Our submission supports the alignment of responses to child sexual abuse with the Barnahus approach. We suggest ways in which Scotland's commitment to trauma-informed and rights-based practice can be incorporated and embedded into the proposed Clinical Pathway, and we highlight the need for clarity in relation to the integration of the Clinical Pathway within the wider multi-agency child protection system.
