Introduction to Active Implementation – Intermediate Level: Applying the frameworks and approach to your work

This intermediate course builds upon the knowledge gained through the introductory session and provides an opportunity for participants to apply their learning to a project or programme of work that they are involved with or about to start. It will involve exploring how to apply the frameworks and approach. Participants will leave this session with an action plan to support and progress their efforts to implement change and improvements.

Format

Workshop based. Twenty-one hours, over three days.

Participants will take part in a preparatory phone call with the facilitators to discuss the project or programme of work they have identified for the focus of their learning for this course. A few hours of advance preparation in the form of reading, and drawing together information on the change initiative that participants are choosing to focus on, will be required.

Who should attend

This course is designed for small teams who are involved in or about to start a project or programme of work looking to make improvements to service/s or practice/s. Participants are required to have completed the Active Implementation Beginners’ Taster and Beginners’ Introduction sessions.

Cost

The event is free. You will need to book a place on one of the dates below.
