Active Implementation Learning Series

Introduction to Active Implementation (Level A)

This short session will provide a set of helpful insights into why making lasting changes can be very difficult and what we now know it really takes to create positive, lasting improvement. You'll get a helpful introduction or review for people who are interested in, or responsible for, influencing and guiding complex improvement efforts. As a participant, you'll gain insight into the rationales for adopting an implementation-informed approach to complex improvement efforts, and be introduced to the Active Implementation Frameworks.

This is a presentation based session, with a minimum of 30 minutes dedicated to questions and discussion.

The course will last for 2 hours.

Who should attend?

Anyone interested in gaining increased awareness and knowledge of the evidence underpinning effective approaches to complex improvement. This course can be completed as a standalone event. You cannot attend the Level B and/or Level C course, unless you complete this course first.

The event is Free. You will need to book a place using the ticket option below.
