Introduction to Active Implementation

This longer introductory session has been designed for individuals who are interested in or responsible for influencing and guiding complex improvement efforts. This session will build upon the content from the short introductory session allowing participants to gain further knowledge of the Active Implementation Frameworks and have the opportunity to apply these to a programme of work through table exercises.

Who should attend?

Participants are required to have completed 'Active Implementation- A Beginners' Taster Session'. This course is designed for people interested in furthering their knowledge of the Active Implementation Frameworks and who may be interested in applying the frameworks in practice.
