A response to the Education and Skills Committee's call for views on the proposed legislative amendments to the Children and Young People (Scotland) Act 2014 concerning information sharing. Bringing consistency, clarity and coherence to the practice of information sharing about children's and young people's wellbeing is critical.

Here we discuss what else is required from legislation and guidance to achieve this.
