CELCIS has written a letter to the Convenor and members of Education, Children and Young People Committee att he Scottish Parliament, expressing concern that some of the late ammendments agreed upon at stage 2 of the Bill, may have significantly changed the provisions of the Bill and so may have unintended consequences.
