As part of their strategy to review the best use of funds to deliver the Commission on Widening Access (COWA) recommendations, the Scottish Funding Council (SFC) consulted on the best use of the Widening Access and Retention Fund (WARF) in higher education.
In our response we considered changes which could positively impact on the educational experiences and outcomes for care experienced students.
