This is CELCIS's response to part 2 of the Scottish Government's consultation on family law in Scotland. This part of the consultation looked at whether legislation should be brought forward in the Scottish Parliament to raise the age at which a person becomes eligible to enter into a marriage or civil partnership to 18 from 16.
