CELCIS has responded to part 2 of the Scottish Government's consultation on the potential reform of various aspects of family law in Scotland. Part 2 looked at whether legislation should be brought forward in the Scottish Parliament to raise the age at which a person becomes eligible to enter into a marriage or civil partnership from 16 to 18.
