Here CELCIS provides evidence to inform the Equality and Human Rights Committee's scrutiny of the Age of Criminal Responsibility (Scotland) Bill (the Bill) at Stage 2. We support raising of the age of criminal responsibility to at least 14, and advocate for a higher age of 16.
