The Virtual School Head Teachers' Network, which CELCIS has facilitated since 2019, has published a new report detailing the findings of a survey of local authorities in Scotland on the formal school exclusion of care experienced learners. The survey collected information on: local authority policies, consulting with care experienced children and young people, recording and data, challenging and support, and return to school interviews.
