Do you like a challenge? If so Harmeny Education Trust has an exciting vacancy for a Head of Care.

In the role you'll lead, manage and further develop Harmeny’s care provision and, through membership of the senior management team, contribute to the implementation of their ambitious strategic plan. The postholder will have overall operational responsibility, along with the Head of Education, for the day-to-day running of Harmeny School, including the residential services throughout the year.

As a highly committed professional, you'll have strong leadership and management skills, a deep understanding of the social, emotional and therapeutic needs of children, and a commitment to working in an inter-disciplinary way. The post requires a keen understanding of the challenges and opportunities within residential childcare, a passion for and skill in practice development, and a commitment to further embedding Getting it right for every child into our assessment and planning processes.
